Decision Making: At CABL Electrical Group, Occupational Health and Safety concerns are an integral part of corporate decision making. All strategic and operational decisions consider the associated occupational, health and safety implications. Furthermore, safety is a key principle requiring commitment from our entire supply chain, including our managers, supervisors, employees, clients, contractors and suppliers, and necessitates a consultative and collaborative approach. We respect the rights of all personnel to express their concerns over safety in the workplace and expect these concerns to be addressed.
Compliance: CABL Electrical Group are compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. We have established occupational, health and safety programs which are regularly reviewed and audited to ensure compliance is maintained. Our expectation is that a safe and healthy workplace is provided for all personnel in our office and onsite environments.
Operational Practices: CABL Electrical Group use internal procedures and operating guidelines to protect the health and safety of our employees and the public. We require any individual that observes unsafe or unhealthy situations to take immediate action by addressing the issue with the person (or persons) involved, or by escalating the issue to their manager or supervisor.
Information: CABL Electrical Group provide the appropriate information to our managers, supervisors, employees, clients and contractors on the safe use, handling, transportation and disposal of materials, products and waste, enabling all personnel to fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
